View and Manage Tee Time Bookings and Reservations
View and manage reservations created through SpeakSport calls, including tee times, player details, pricing, and booking status updates.
The Bookings page gives you a complete list of reservations that were created or referenced during calls handled by your SpeakSport voice agent. Use it to review reservation details, trace a booking back to its originating call, or cancel a reservation directly from the dashboard.
What a Booking Record Shows
Each entry in the Bookings list surfaces the key details captured during the call:
Reservation details
Date of play, tee time, course or resource (e.g. driving range bay or simulator), and number of players.
Customer information
Caller name, contact details, and any player information collected by the agent.
Pricing
Price details when available from your connected booking provider or rate configuration.
Status
Current state of the reservation — Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled, or any custom status returned by your provider.
Open the Originating Call
Every booking is linked to the call during which it was made. Select any booking record to open the full call view, where you can replay the transcript, listen to the recording, and review exactly what the caller requested.
Cancel a Booking from the Dashboard
Use the following steps to cancel a reservation directly from SpeakSport.
Locate the booking
On the Bookings page, find the reservation you want to cancel. Use the search bar or date filters to narrow the list.
Open the Cancel action
Select the booking to open its detail panel, then choose Cancel from the actions menu.
Confirm the cancellation
Review the reservation details in the confirmation dialog, then select Confirm Cancellation to proceed.
Verify the updated status
Once accepted, the booking status updates to Cancelled in the list. The record remains visible for auditing and reporting purposes.
How the Voice Agent Handles Cancellation Requests
When a golfer calls in to cancel a reservation, SpeakSport does not cancel automatically. The agent first evaluates the reservation against your configured cancellation eligibility rules — for example, a minimum notice period or a non-refundable rate policy.
- Eligible reservation — The agent proceeds with the cancellation, confirms the outcome to the caller, and the booking status updates to Cancelled.
- Ineligible reservation — The agent informs the caller that the reservation does not qualify for cancellation under current policy and guides them to the appropriate next step, such as transferring to a staff member or providing your venue's contact details.
Configure your cancellation eligibility rules in Settings → Cancellation Policy.
